Dr. Zhou is professional and knowledgeable regarding the explanation of a diagnosis. Dr. Zhou will take time to answer any questions a patient may have about the information given at time of appointment.
Dr. Zhou’s medical assistant, AJ, always greets the clients with respect and a smile. AJ will also take the time to explain a procedure or questions a client may have at time of appointment or over the phone.
I am comfortable and confident receiving any information I may have at time of appointment or have a question and call the office.

Dr. Sue Zhou is an extraordinary physician! She listened carefully to my concerns and answered with very thorough and comprehensive answers information. She provided much more in-depth details than I expected, educating me about my situation, and provided several options to address my issues. She is approachable and easy to talk to and I was never rushed. As a surgeon she is meticulous and I felt very confident regarding her expertise. Due to her skill, my problem was corrected completely and post surgery my quality of life is vastly improved. I have recommended her to a couple of friends already and will continue to do so. Additionally, AJ is outstanding! She runs the office impeccably and is very friendly. She always gets back to me with answers when I leave a message. Dr. Zhou is a gem in the world of medicine!

I had a complete and speedy recovery. She is response when you call her office. Office assistant A.J. Very helpful and professional.

Really nice office, too! Windows open to a nice breeze on a nice day. Very clean. It is clear that she has excellent knowledge and skills. The front desk person was very nice also with clear communication. You may have to wait awhile for an appointment, but it is worth it!

She is a gifted surgeon and I am so happy to have had her as my doctor. Her office assistant is A.J. and she too is awesome. They made this experience very positive from the beginning and were truly concerned about the patient which makes a huge difference in the outcome when dealing with medical problems.

I saw quite a lot OB/Gyn doctors and specialists in manhattan as well as Westchester county, so far Dr. Zhou is absolutely the best. She is knowledgeable and has excellent bed-side manner, explaining everything very clearly to you for each procedure. Unlike several doctors I saw before, Dr. Zhou gave patient enough time and answer questions in details. With her professionalism and expertise, I feel I have been taken care of from beginning till healed. She also taught me exercise and movement that i need to do to heal. You will absolutely love Dr. Zhou. She is the best!
